Modified Mercalli Earthquake reporting scale

The one type of incident we are pre-authorized to deploy for is an earthquake. We've scripted what we plan to do for a generic earthquake: LAH CERT First hour after an earthquake script.

Everyone should register with the town and county emergency alert system. The LAH system is here (or you can sign up directly on the nixle site by searching for "Los Altos Hills"). The county system (AlertSCC) is here.
